The Conch Hotend™ Plus is made from durable, wear-resistant materials to handle demanding applications. Its silicone carbide nozzle is exceptionally tough, with a Mohs hardness of 9.8, and lasts up to seven times longer than a hardened steel nozzle, making it ideal for abrasive filaments like carbon fiber or glass fiber.
Optimized Performance
With a copper-coated heating block and EndCoat™-treated heatbreak, this hotend ensures smooth heat transfer and consistent filament flow. The rigid kinematic coupling system is designed to minimize damage from impacts, reducing the need for maintenance over time.
Note: This hotend is fully integrated, so the nozzle cannot be replaced individually. However, it comes equipped with a heating cartridge and thermistor, so it’s ready to install right out of the box.
