The Air Manager provides a better working environment with a physical barrier over the build chamber and a quiet fan and air filter that cleans the air of 95% of all ultra-fine particles released when heating materials. The printer logs filter usage and alerts you when the filter needs changing. In addition, the Air Manager protects the user from hot and moving components.
Optimised software settings detail filtration and airflow for all Ultimaker materials and more than 40 third-party filaments. Controlled temperature conditions in the build chamber avoid uneven shrinkage and prevent prints from falling off the platform. Use more materials without having to spend time configuring the printer.
The Air Manager receives information from the printer about the material being used and adjusts the fan for the best possible airflow and filtration.
